Summary

As the Head of Growth Marketing, I led a transformative six-month campaign for a two-sided AI platform, resulting in a 2,000% increase in user acquisition, 111% revenue growth, and a 68% reduction in cost per registration. This success was instrumental in securing the company's initial funding round.

Situation

  • Two-sided marketplace (B2B & B2C) AI platform seeking rapid consumer acquisition to attract investors

Task

As the leader of the growth marketing department, my primary three objectives were to:
